A festival called George
Bigger and better than last year George is a 3 day indulgence this year. The main event is still an easy going festival showcasing the incredible array of craft beer, cider and spirits on offer in our wonderful state. Combined with an absolutely incredible live original music offering running throughout the day. This year we are launching it with satelite events on Friday 6th and a recovery session on Sunday morning.

Our line up in 2022 was an absolute hit. We aimed to combine local legends, emerging artists and artists who would blow your mind with something you had never seen before.
Bigger and better
For 2023 we are aiming to showcase acts you have never seen before, or acts performing in ways they would not usually be seen.

We want George to be an experience. We are still talking about Baba Bruja dancing in the rain with their horns blaring. It blew our minds. We can’t wait to do this again.
Family friendly
Kids on shoulders in the mosh pit watching Whalebone was another highlight of last year. We are dedicated to putting on a family friendly festival and this year we have gone above and beyond to make this happen.
After party
Once the kids are tucked in with the grandparents, you can rock on wiht our after party. Fully licensed event running into the wee hours with DJ and more!

Buying tickets ahead of time is sexy. Buying tickets for your mates and family (and even people you don’t like but can avoid as there is plenty of space at our festival) is triply sexy.

Satelite events
George is spreading his wings. This year he is throwing a couple of parties on the Friday night and also a recovery session for breakfast/brunch and some chill tunes on the Sunday morning.

Venue to be announced
We've moved. Now on the grass with views of the bay. Percy Steel Reserve is St Helen's best venue for a festival. Bring a blanket, some camp chairs or your lounge suite (please don't actually bring your lounge suite) and settle in for an amazing afternoon.
